Abstract :
The paper analyses the climate environmental conditions, the feature of the energy consumption of residential buildings and the status quo of the building energy conservation in northern Jiangxi area and has a view of the developing direction and trend of residential building energy efficiency in this area and points out some applicable technology that are appropriate.
