A sewage treatment industry supply chain model based on emissions trading

Under the condition of emissions trading, the sewage treatment manufacturers participate in emissions transaction, and through the supply chain with the manufacturers can be established. The paper analyzes the rules that the sewage treatment outsourcing fluctuates with the change of discharge transaction under certain circumstances. The paper thus concludes that the largest expected return of the whole supply chain is less than the largest expected return of supply chain in integration supply mode, and studies the existence of the supply chain contractual coordination. The conclusions of this paper contribute to the establishment of sewage treatment supply chain model under the conditions of emissions trading, and promote the sewage treatment industrialization.
