    In recent years, coal mine safety has become China´s problem which remains to be solved. Our current coal mine safety management method is mainly afterwards management, which is one kind of experience management, it can not radically solve the main problems for coal mine safety management. The emergency of coal mine safety precontrol based on risk management is a kind of process management, through the cause of coal mine safety accidents, and according to all the hazard identification of risk hazard to classify the size and information monitoring methods, based on the hazard information evaluation to determine risk early warning and dynamic hazards, and finally establish dangerous counter method source measures, eliminating coal mine accidents. So the degree to which the risk management do coal mine accident happen to hold cause, and avoid hazards happening? This paper established coal mine safety management evaluation system which aims to assess the effect of coal risk management.
