After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With increasing disruption risks in the supply chain, the paper provides a framework for mitigating disruptions in the supply chain. The paper analyzes World cranes Ltd. Co and wants to find its disruption risks and strategies for dealing with disruption risks. The paper will not only be a resource to academicians but also to practitioners who are looking for best practices for managing disruptions in the supply chain. The paper provides directions for future research in the supply chain risk management.
