Abstract
This paper presents a study of a mixed analogical-digital control scheme for a three-phase shunt active power filter. A simple control scheme, based on real power balance concept is used to control the DC voltage capacitor. Two DC voltage controllers are developed and compared to optimize the design of the energy storage capacitor. Simulations and experimental results are presented and discussed
