Abstract
In this paper, we are presenting an approach and experimental results for the extraction of high-level business-process models from running enterprise systems. Business process improvement has always been at the heart of any corporation´s goals. Business processes is what companies execute, and better and more efficient processes mean higher service quality and lower costs
