Abstract :
the paper presents a new differential current - controlled second generation current conveyor circuit with multiple outputs (MO-DCCCII). The principle of the circuit is analyzed in detail. In this circuit, the voltage relations between the differential input Y and the differential terminal X can be tuned by the extra bias current and no restriction is needed about any drain channel sizes of MOS. The simulation results show that with ±1.5V supplies, in the frequency range of 0~30NMHz the port characteristic of MO- DCCCII is satisfied. In the frequency range of 0~5MHz. In the last, as an application, a differential ladder current-controlled current-mode filter based on MO-DCCCII is realized and simulated.
