Abstract :
This paper studies linear structure of fuzzy rough sets. Using the composition of fuzzy relation and a fuzzy set in a given universal set, a new representation of the fuzzy rough set upper approximations is given. According to this view of linearity, a simplified structure is obtained for the fuzzy rough set lower and upper approximations.
