Abstract
The scroll compressor with unit combined profile, in comparison with the one with the normal circle involute profile, have more refrigeration quantity and higher COP when they have the same scroll height, pitch, thickness and the scroll plate diameter. So, for the basis of the design calculations of the novel profile scroll compressor and vehicle dynamics, the equations of the tangential gas force, the radial one and the axial one related to the type of scroll compressor are derived. The results show that this type of scroll compressor, in comparison with the one with the normal circle involute profile, has similar tangential gas force value, only more than 10% axial one, and similar average radial one, although the radial one has little skip in a position.
