Abstract :
The physical optics current has been combined with an asymptotic procedure to evaluate the behavior of antennas mounted on arbitrary shaped bodies modeled with parametric surfaces. When this evaluation is compared with the rigorous estimation a significant reduction in computation time is achieved retaining the accuracy in the results.
