  • Abstract
    The porous silicon carbide (SiC) ceramic could be applied in the field of automobile exhaust purification in the future due to its excellent properties. Meanwhile, it is a potential ceramic material to take the place of many purifying materials such as traditional metal materials, high polymers materials and cordierite honeycomb ceramics. However, in the further development, the porous SiC ceramic should be also suffered from a lot of challenges.
