Abstract
In order to survey the vapor losses of automobile during refueling process, testing methods of the refueling evaporation emissions about automobile should be researched, and the testing equipments of refueling evaporation emissions about automobile should be developed. At present there are two kinds of method about the automobile refueling evaporation emissions test: sealed housing method and trap method. And the price of the sealed housing method is expensive, the accuracy of trap method is insufficient, to solve this problem, small sealed housing equipments were designed for detecting evaporation emissions during refueling process in this paper. And the basic parts and working principle of collection equipment are introduced, concrete laboratory procedure of small sealed housing is formulated. Then some experiments were carried on with small sealed housing equipments to proof its validity. After analyzing the experimental datas, the conclusion was obtained that the accuracy of small sealed housing method is higher than that of trap method.
