Abstract
Service providers of SNSs (Social networking services) offer new alternatives for users. The SNSs providers offer integrated service platforms supporting many devices and services. This study tries to discuss the driving forces of the value of SNSs. The issue of SNS has become more and more important and researchers began to put emphasis on the user behavior in SNSs platforms and how the SNSs change the users´ social networking relationships. This study tries to propose an integrated model of service improvement and its´ performance and extract the criteria which are important but the user is not satisfied.
