Abstract :
Among the many changes computer technology has brought us in the past decades, the drastic changes in our ways of communicating are the most noticeable. E-mail supersedes traditional mail and telegrams. Websites replace corporate brochures and shops. Electronic forms supersede traditional paper forms. Traditional printed reports lose their primacy in corporate communication, while wikis and blogs take their place. Formal communication structures break down, and informal, network structures emerge.
