Abstract :
In this paper we design RF SAW filter for wireless communication system applications. Modeling and simulation of the SAW filter for RF circuit is carried out. The modeling parameters are assuming monolithic integration of the SAW filter on CMOS chip. The optimum design of IDT parameters is considered for obtaining wide bandwidth of the filter. Simulation results are presented to investigate the performance of the SAW filter.
