  • Abstract
    Water-content in Material Pulp is a very important process parameter. The paper introduces an automatic measuring and controlling system for design it, which is based on MCS-51 single-chip-computer. The design characteristic of the measuring and controlling system and the working theory are also introduced in this paper. Then, this paper designs the hardware circuit on the base of choosing single-chip-computer, extension of exterior memorizer, A/D and D/A transition chips. At the same time, this paper primarily designs the system software on the base of supervising and controlling program and subprogram of keyboard interrupt service. At these parts, author gives brief introduction on some subprogram predicting on fuzzy controlling. And then gives readers the result of measuring, which indicates the design of this system is feasible.
