  • Abstract
    Summary form only given. Data on the technology developed to fabricate electron systems for satellite control based on hybrid integrated functional devices on polyimide film multilayer patch boards and packageless integrated microcircuits on polyimide substrates is given in this report. Existing results about the high reliability of the space airborne equipment, fabricated in this manner are given. The typical base design, realizing the principal advantages of the above technology are described
