  • Abstract
In order to adapt high-speed, high performance (high power, low fuel consumption, low noise, low vibration, low pollution) as well as long-life development, this paper, on the basis for discussing shortage of present valve cam molded lines, introduces a deformed hyperbolical function cam molded-lines equation whose features are that the independent variable is the main structure parameter and operating parameter for Internal Combustion Engines (ICE), N order continuous derivative, easy calculation. This type of valve cam created according to the theory of this equation has excellent features such as high-speed, larger fullness coefficient, softer vibration and lower noise, calculate easily. During practicing, the valve cam can improve engines´ power, economic performance and reduce its vibration and noise, exhausting pollution.
