Abstract :
This 2nd-order switched-capacitor (SC) /spl Sigma//spl Delta/ modulator uses a 1.8 V power supply. The circuit provides 15 b S/N performance over the 300 Hz-3.5 kHz band and hence has application in voice codecs. The circuit is designed for a nominal S/N performance of 16 b.
