Abstract :
The principles of virtual assembly and the process of general assembly are analyzed and discussed in this thesis. Meanwhile, A TV parts parametric model creation and assembly, as well as component parts of assembly interference analysis are analyzed in CATIA V5, which successfully realized the ATV assembly. Finally, the bottom-up ATV virtual assembly design is summarized according to the characteristics of CATIA V5.
