  • Abstract
Considering the features of Harmful Algal Blooms (HAB) monitoring data, such as complexity, multi-driven data sources, different data platforms, nonstandard data formats, and the advantages of Extensible Markup Language (XML), that is, expansibility, simplicity, interoperability, openness, compatibility of multinational language, the XML technology is used to establish the monitoring data exchange mechanism of HAB in this paper to effectively solve the problems of HAB monitoring data management, transmission and exchange , which will lay the foundation for the disaster warning of HAB. Meanwhile, Fuzzy c-means (PCM) cluster analysis algorithm is improved introduced into the disaster warning of HAB, which visually reflects the distribution rule of marine elements, and provide a fresh idea for the disaster warning.
