Abstract :
In December 19, 1997, at 22:09 (JST), an earthquake (M=4.6, D=10 km) attacked the north of Japan´s Fikui prefecture. Prior of this main shock, a VLF sensor received a cross-talk signal from the MF broadcasting stations of Kanazawa. The authors present a theoretical analysis to explain this by using a type of the Luxembourg effects
