Abstract :
In recent years, Chinese government frequently takes adjustment of tariff as an important means to adjust and control fertilizer market. In this paper, the author reviews the connotation of tariff and history of export tariff policy adjustment, probes into the background for the adjustment, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of policy adjustment, and proposes constructive recommendation on the adjustment of Chinese fertilizer tariff policy on the basis of this research.
