Abstract :
Aiming the existential problems of the automatic control system for the electric valve, such as the lack of the reliability, no real-time displays of the fault reasons & running parameters, no judgment of main contacts, maintaining inconvenience, etc. The authors design a new type explosion-proof intelligent monitoring system of the electric valve using PLC & touch screen to solve the above problems. Implement the functions of the various intelligent controls, displays, protections as well as the explosion-proof requirements for the mine electric valve. Clarify the total controlling principle, show the electrical schematics, programming flow chart and touch screen interfaces of the monitoring system, illustrate the various problems encountered in the design and their solutions. Practical application shows that the system has the advanced performances and the effect is good.
