Abstract :
One of the main problem of low orbiting satellite multiple access repeater design is creating of small mass-size and low power consumption equipment to process the group signal. The next problem of that satellite communication system development is ensuring the electromagnetic compatibility. The application of direct spread frequency spectrum (DS-SS) signals and acoustoelectronics (AE) devices is one solution to these problems. The construction of the acoustoelectronic group signal processing device for the hybrid code and time channel division multiple access to the orbiting satellite repeater is discussed. The combined coherent-noncoherent direct sequence spread spectrum signal processing capability is demonstrated for a mobile communication network with high frequency instability of the receiving signals. The signal energy losses on account of the DS-SS signal processing by the acoustoelectronic convolver and the noncoherent integrator is analysed. The recommendations for the energy loss reduction and the resulting increase in the number of users are formulated. The network characteristics of the low orbit satellite with an acoustoelectronic processing device are estimated
