Abstract :
Fish farmers send request to the intelligent diagnosis system through SMS (Short Message Service) for fish disease diagnosis, and according to fish disease knowledge, the characteristics of case description and the fish disease diagnostic mode of thinking the system makes diagnosis based on Bayesian decision-making, and then sends diagnostic results and control measures to the users through SMS so as to provide convenient, practical, accurate, low-cost services for fish farmers. With low cost the SMS platform can benefit the fish farmers who are incapable of using computers and the Internet for fish disease diagnosis.
