The major points of a new method of calculation of integrals containing the Bessel function are summarized. On the basis of the method of asymptotic perturbations of the fundamental solution the results of the analysis of the fields in a layered structure are obtained. The leading terms of the asymptotic behavior of the fields in the layered structure are obtained
