Abstract
Mathematical simulation of a pulse signal scattering by an object placed above a dielectric media boundary: for example, air-to-Earth interface, is of interest for a number of electromagnetic and radar problems. Using the Lorenz lemma in the different space regions and combining these results, the authors obtain the integral representation for the field scattered by the object under monochromatic illumination
