Abstract :
Physical and chemical processes in the Urea-SCR system are simulated by using computational fluid dynamics CFD and chemical kinetics methods. The best location of nozzle and the suitable number of nozzle holes have been held through the analysis of the simulation results, which provides a reference about the optimal design for the catalytic converters.
