Abstract :
In order to find the effective measures to prevent and mitigate the wet damage of wheat, the rational application of plant growth regulator and foliar fertilizer were necessary. According to the severe water logging disaster of wheat at booting stage, the test-pits were used to build the case of water logging for 8 days to carry out the tests of the different combinations process during and after the water logging, observations on the crop physiological characteristics and yield traits also had been done. The results showed that combinative use of foliage fertilizer and compound potassium nitrophenolate could mitigate wet damage effectively. The combination of the both could significantly reduce the accumulation of the MDA, enhance the activity of SOD and reduce the activity of POD in physiological characteristics. And what´s more, the combination could alleviate the loss of the effective panicle number per plant, filled grain numbers per panicle and 1000-grain weight in yield traits. The most effective combination was that spraying 6.7 ppm compound potassium nitrophenolate on the 4th day of water logging and foliar fertilizer, which contained the 1% urea and 0.3% potassium dihydrogen phosphate, after the 1st and 6th day of water logging rescission. Compared with the treatments without repair, the best combination could decrease the loss of yield by 26.41%.
