Abstract :
This paper introduces the design of a program-controlled system used for complex permittivity measurement in millimeter-wave band via quasi-optical resonator. The program-controlled system consists of several functional modules, such as testing module, data processing module, etc., fulfills automatic testing of the complex permittivity and tangent of the loss angle. Being programmed in OOP (object-oriented programming) language and adopting user interface with Windows style, the system is friendly to users and easy to operate.
