After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

In this paper,take the design of Tarim University´s pipeline system as background,the western pipeline system of Tarim University has been abstracted a system diagram model(see graph 3), using the arithmetic of the shortest path, obtained the most optimal solution by way of making programming, the best road map (see graph 4)of the western Tarim University has been selected,and the optimization design about the pipeline system of the western Tarim University has been getted.The research of this paper aims to provide theoretical guidance for the optimal design of Tarim University´s pipeline system,and the optimization design of the pipeline system can provide some reference to Tarim University´s construction of pipeline system engineering.
