Abstract :
In the passage, it analyzes and discusses the GIS theory and method, the software structure of GIS, and other function of GIS in the Road Management System based on iPad. Utilizing the strong data processing function and the mobile, multiple-function, and small-sized features of iPad, it realizes reasonably the connection to database and it provides precise auxiliary information for decision for daily maintenance. So, it is of great applicable and economic value for the daily road maintenance management decision.
