Abstract :
During the testing process of the helmet-mounted display´s performance, HMD (helmet-mounted display) should aim at the binocular FOV(field of view), so the system using camera instead of eyes to capture image and measure the aberration is designed. The Testing System is based on the optics, integrated with machine, electronics, computer, automatic control technology and image processing technology. The Testing System makes the hard helmet to carry on the accurate localization through the control system, uses the digital image processing technology to measure the image superposition, uses MSComm control key to implement the serial port communication, shows result by the computer,and provides the accurate parameter for the the hard helmet´s performance debugging. It provides the testing personnel with reference.
