Firstly, overview the current situation of common technology service platform and cluster state in Hebei Province. Then, from matching between the demand for industrial clusters and common technology service platform capabilities perspective, propose evaluation model of common technology service platform based on K-means cluster analysis. Finally, according to evaluation results, propose appropriate strategies to enhance common technology service platform.
