Abstract :
Terahertz spectroscopy is one of the emerging technologies for noninvasive material analysis. Particularly, terahertz time domain spectroscopy is expected to be able to observe materials in multilayer specimens, quantitatively. We have developed a wide-band terahertz time domain spectroscopy, and applied to analysing organic materials used in medicines. The results proved wider frequency range yields more useful information.
