Abstract :
The development of computer multimedia technology has advanced rapidly. It has been utilized in education, amusement, publication and television and so on. This paper explores the effect of multimedia vision and sound used at the pre-study of mechanical engineering project. First, the authors analyse the feasibility of the technology and economics of the multimedia use in engineering pre-study. Next, through an example of the robot with six degrees of freedom, the authors deal with the method and process of the pre-study demonstration system and analyse the computer hardware and software used. Finally, the authors present a summary of the robot multimedia system
