Abstract
The capacity region is formulated for a two-user quasi-asynchronous discrete memoryless multiple-access channel in which symbol periods are different i.e., L1 symbols of the first encoder and L2 symbols of the second encoder are synchronized. This result is extended to the case that any L1 symbols of the first encoder and L2 symbols of the second encoder are not synchronized.
