  • Abstract
    A highly reliable, versatile multifibre pigtailing technique adapted to tilted semiconductor arrays is demonstrated for the first time on 4-SOA array. Coupling losses of 3.6 dB per facet and 17 dB fibre to fibre gain are measured.
