Abstract
We propose a monolithic fabrication method of multiple-pitch gratings by using a single computer-generated hologram (CGH). Even though minimum feature-size of CGH is larger than 2 /spl mu/m, we can obtain sub-/spl mu/m gratings with few angstroms pitch spacing.
