Abstract
The benefits to students who work on live projects are well documented, but the challenges of supporting the students, the clients, and the deliverables are largely unaddressed. Radford University has created the Small Project Support Center (SPSC) to coordinate live student projects and to support the applications that are deployed into production. This paper describes an infrastructure of tools, people, and processes developed by the SPSC to support live student projects from the initial project evaluation through development, deployment, and operation in a production environment.
