Abstract
This paper introduces the basic principle of non-negativity and support constraints recursive inverse filtering (NAS-RIF) algorithm and the shortcoming of it. We propose an improved scheme. Firstly we use the lifting wavelet de-noising technique to smoothen the blurred image, and then in the each iteration of NAS-RIF algorithm process adopt the image segmentation to find out the precise support constraints. Comparing with the traditional methods, this method has a positive improvement in restraining the noise enlargement, maintaining the edge features, improving the signal to noise rate.
