After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The manual climate control system based on SCM tests temperature and humidity by temperature and humidity sensor SHT11, inputs default values of temperature and humidity through the keyboard, programmers to compare the actual values and set values, and drive the implementation device to act according to the results. These values of measurements and settings display through the LCD.
