Abstract :
According to the difficulty of building the mathematics model on the water-content in material pulp, in addition, the nonlinear and hysteresis quality it possess. Design an intelligent detection and auto-control device for water-content in material pulp which based on fuzzy control system, then it output a process diagram for fuzzy control on water-content in material pulp. It devised for three ways: the hardware of single-chip, the water-content intelligent detection system, and the hardware of auto-control system. In addition, the article provides a design scheme diagram for intelligent detection and auto-control device, describing the working principle. The result indicated that it is feasible for this hardware design.
