Abstract

Mongolia is ranking 84^th place in world ICT development index. The main reason is poor infrastructure and e-government service. We did survey about Internet usage in small, medium enterprises. Except the knowledge of English, Mongolia has a need to improve IT literacy of the people to grow the total competitiveness. The usage of computer software of small and medium enterprises in Mongolia was in very low level. It needs to provide a policy to increase a usage of computer, Internet and software. Also necessary to develop E-Government, and provide public services to people through Internet at their home and smart phones.
