Abstract :
With the mathematical theory of Yuanjian, this paper proposes a mathematical formulation of the secondary structure of nucleic acid The goal of this article is to represent and interpret the genetic structure at the molecular level mathematically, and to explore the fundamental principle of molecular biology and further research the disease mechanism at the system level. Propositions based on the formulations are presented Using the proposed model, we have transferred the character-based nucleic acid sequences to a sophisticated mathematical model for calculation and it is our hope that this work could lay a mathematical foundation for introducing system and control theories into molecular biology.
