Abstract :
Magnetic methods and means of indestructive control are widely applied in metallurgy replacing or adding traditional destructive ways of metal properties estimation. Rolled stock installations are more effective, 100% control of production quality is provided with them. There are estimation methods of sheet steel using statistic connection of metal properties with its magnetic characteristics. Line production controller RSC-has been elaborated allowing to realize these methods both for separate sheets control and during the process of steel band (strip) transportation via the process manufacturing unit.
