Abstract
When exerting magnetic and eddy current control of articles made of ferromagnetic materials one uses their magnetization up to the condition close to technical saturation as a rule. In the first case this operation refers to the main ones for the given kind of control, in the second case it is carried out as auxiliary one for decreasing influence- of magnetic heterogeneities on the control results. Increase of production energy provision using different electrotechnical equipment increases probability of uncontrolled eliminated with difficulty blanks magnetizing during operation of plasma cutting, transportation, mechanical treatment, applying clamps and under the conditions of storage at the store-house. Articles magnetization may occur as the result of welding, application of electric magnets for moving or locating the parts etc.
