Abstract :
The economic growth of our country should be changed from the coarse type to the centralized type especially after our country entering WTO. How to optimize the port transport expense becomes an urgent problem that needed to be solved in time. This paper considers that the transport quantity of the port will affect the optimization design based on the model given by [Zhu Xiao-ning and Meng Fan-chen, 1999]. The author adopts the idea of the dynamic programming, and puts forward a new optimization model of the transport expense.
