Abstract :
In this paper, a new model of fuzzy neural network (FNN) is presented for power system short-term load forecasting. This model can deal with the uncertain elements more efficiently. This paper also presents an artificial neural network (ANN) based defuzzification method. Using this method one can easily process defuzzification without regard to the complication of the fuzzification algorithm and get high accuracy of defuzzification
